If adjustment has to be made to an item of ‘live’ equipment

1. only one hand should be used, and the other earthed
2. tools with no insulation should be used
3. only one hand should be used
4. both hands should make the adjustment

The answer is :- 3 One hand only should be used; with two hands the body can complete an electrical circuit. When using one hand, the other should be kept away from any conducting material.
