Grimeton Radio Station SAQ Transmission

On Sunday 30th June, Alexanderson Day, the Malta Amateur Rdaio League set up an receiving station tuned on 17.2 kHz to receive the biannual message sent from the Grimeton Radio Station based in Sweden with the callsign of SAQ. The other message being sent on 24th December, Christmas Eve.
This was an open invitation to all league members and non-members to our club house. Doors opened at 0930hrs local time. Transmission was at 1100hrs local time (0900hrs UTC).
